2. Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if you are outside the United States, to any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original notification or an agent of that party.

3. Repeat Infringers:

OneClickNews.org reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

4. Changes to DMCA Policy:

We may update our DMCA Policy to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
